In 1988, when my mother, Yvonne Hastings, and I opened our Brenham real estate office, CB Properties Unlimited, we wanted to make a difference in our new hometown. We set out to provide the best, most trustworthy service to our customers — to extend the warm welcome we had received here to newcomers, and to establish good relationships throughout our community.

Our strategy worked! Within six months of opening our brokerage, we had gained the number one spot among all real estate offices in the area — and we've kept that ranking ever since. We sell more real estate than any other brokerage between Houston and Austin. We've expanded beyond Brenham and Washington County to serve nine counties in beautiful Texas bluebonnet country.

In my free time, you'll likely find me at the lake or at one of my kids' soccer games or spending time with my two wonderful dogs: Tucker, and Gizmo.
